We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at BalaCasa. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Michelle was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The place is new, clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

The location was perfect, and it was easy to get to many of the popular destinations we wanted to visit.

Overall, the property is well kept and has all the necessary features I am accustomed to at home and made our stay comfortable. Michelle treated us like family.

Thank you Michelle for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!
